Marriage Certificate Apostille from MEA in India

Marriage Certificate requires Apostille Process can be done by two ways.

A. Firstly have to get Attestation on your Marriage Certificate from respective State Home Department by yourself. After the state level Home Department Attestation on Marriage Certificate we will Apostille Marriage Certificate from Ministry of External Affairs, New Delhi and Attestation from Notary Public, New Delhi .

Documents Requirements:

1. Original Attested Marriage Certificate. 
2. Photocopy of Passport (1st and last page).

TIME Required: Two (2) working days. (It may take some more time for transition and some unavoidable circumstances)

Marriage Certificate Alternative Apostille Process

B. Note: Marriage Certificate Apostille process also can be done through alternative process if in case cannot Attest Marriage Certificate from respective state Home Department Marriage Certificate could be Apostille from Ministry of External Affairs, New Delhi after the Attestation from Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM) New Delhi and Attestation from Notary Public, New Delhi.

Documents Requirements:

1. Original Marriage Certificate. 
2. Photocopy of Passport (1st and last page).

TIME Required: Three (3) working days. (It may take some more time for transition and some unavoidable circumstances)
