Degree Certificate Apostille from MEA in India, Required for Lebanon

Degree Certificate requires Apostille Process can be done by two ways.

University or Institute Degree Certificate Apostille Process

Note: (A) Firstly have to get Authentication on Degree Certificate from respective State Higher Educational Department HRD / GAD / RAC etc by yourself. After that Authenticated Degree Certificate from Respective State HRD we will Apostille from Ministry of External Affairs, New Delhi and Attestation from Notary Public, New Delhi.

Documents Requirements

1. Original Authenticated Degree Certificate.
2. Photocopy of Passport (1st and last page).

Time Required: Two (2) working days. (It may take some more time for transition and some unavoidable circumstances)

University, Institute or Private Institute Degree Certificate Apostille Alternative Process

Note: (B) University, Institute or Private Institute Degree Certificate Apostille process also can be done through alternative process if in case cannot authenticate Degree from Higher Education Department HRD / GAD / RAC etc. Degree Certificate could be Apostilled from Ministry of External Affairs, New Delhi after the Attestation from Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM), New Delhi and Attestation from Notary Public, New Delhi.

Documents Requirements

1. Original Degree Certificate. 
2. Photocopy of Passport (1st and last page).

Time Required: Three (3) working days. (It may take some more time for transition and some unavoidable circumstances)
