Birth Certificate Apostille from MEA in India

Birth Certificate requires Apostille Process can be done by two ways.

Birth Certificate Apostille Process

A. Firstly have to get Attestation on your Birth Certificate from respective State Home Department by yourself. After the state level Home Department Attestation on Birth Certificate we will Apostille Birth Certificate from Ministry of External Affairs, New Delhi and Attestation from Notary Public, New Delhi .

Documents Requirements:

1. Original Attested Birth Certificate. 
2. Photocopy of Passport (1st and last page).

TIME Required: Two (2) working days. (It may take some more time for transition and some unavoidable circumstances)

Birth Certificate Alternative Apostille Process

B. Note: Birth Certificate Apostille process also can be done through alternative process if in case cannot Attest Birth Certificate from respective state Home Department Birth Certificate could be Apostille from Ministry of External Affairs, New Delhi after the Attestation from Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM) New Delhi and Attestation from Notary Public, New Delhi.

Documents Requirements:

1. Original Birth Certificate. 
2. Photocopy of Passport (1st and last page).

TIME Required: Three (3) working days. (It may take some more time for transition and some unavoidable circumstances)
